We found out few organization advertise jobs time to time, but in reality there are no open positions. Strangely, we found a one or two companies laying off staff while they post for new recruitment.

Aircraft Maintenance jobs are about whom you know rather than what you know. Specially in Asian and African region. This can be race, religion, language, tribe or nationality. Isn’t that obvious to everyone? It is not. The recruiter use 80 20 rule to manipulate statistic. We found there are organization we had recruited candidates through “recommendation” from a religious institute. Though we found it strange, we are surprised to see lots of organization have these pattern of one “set of group” dominating.

There are occasions, where employer post advertisement for vacancies after unofficially recruiting. Strange is it? Every organization has a HR policy to fill a Vacancy. The recruiting manager select the candidate through connection and post advertisement for the job. Then they randomly pick few candidates and do a interview for formality. Then the pick the obvious candidate. This is actually a waste of time for the candidates. But this happens.
